1. Our role
LoanMist is a loan aggregator / facilitator and not a lender. We help connect you with partner banks and NBFCs. Loan sanction, interest rate, amount, and disbursal are at the sole discretion of those lenders and subject to their eligibility criteria and documentation.
2. No guarantee
We do not guarantee loan approval, any specific interest rate, or timeline. Tools such as the EMI calculator and eligibility checker provide indicative estimates only.
3. Fees
LoanMist does not charge customers any commission or hidden fees for its facilitation service. Any charges levied by a lender (e.g. processing fees, interest) are set by that lender and disclosed to you.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. You are responsible for the details you submit through our forms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by lenders or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
